About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for inbound sales conversion and consultative selling. Join ServerMania's sales team to help clients find ideal hosting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound inquiries (phone, chat, and email) into new sales
  • Conduct discovery calls and use consultative or gap-selling approaches to recommend solutions
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing for monthly and long-term plans
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Management team
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (ActiveCampaign) and report on sales activity
  • Collaborate with support, operations, and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Formal sales training and experience with consultative or gap selling
  • Technical aptitude (understanding server, computer hardware, RAM, CPUs, and motherboards)
  • Customer-first attitude with a strong desire to help clients find solutions that fit
  • Previous experience in a B2B or technical sales environment preferred
