About the role

  • Create personalized email marketing campaigns and social selling outreach (LinkedIn)
  • Make phone calls and sell directly to C-Level and senior executives
  • Discover pain points and identify how programs can help to generate attendees
  • Act as primary point of contact for executives for questions, scheduling, and event support
  • Travel nationally for up to 6 events per year, 4-5 days per event
  • Create, monitor and manage tasks in CRM and Airtable
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce event collateral, materials and follow-up
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional & interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for professional learning and development
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Must be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple deadlines at once
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications
  • Experience with Airtable (preferred)
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success or B2B events (preferred)
