Develop and execute quarterly sales plans and regional strategies, reporting progress weekly.
Handle client concerns proactively and ensure strong ROI through account reviews and product recommendations.
Represent Proofpoint and its global affiliates at tradeshows, partner events, and cybersecurity forums.
Continuously build and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
Consistently achieve or surpass agreed sales targets, making a significant contribution to growth.
Requirements
2+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven record of success.
Experience selling to MSPs or internal IT customers strongly preferred.
Technical knowledge or software sales experience.
Strong relationship-building and persuasive communication skills, especially over the phone.
Proven negotiation skills with a deep understanding of customer buying processes.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for lead, opportunity, and account management.
