About the role

  • Account Executive at Octadesk focusing on building customer relationships and improving business outcomes through AI-enabled solutions. Driving sales growth and collaborating with marketing and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our company’s revenue growth.
  • Train daily, continuously seek feedback, and test and build new models together that can generate more value for customers.
  • Monitor and guide potential customers’ decision-making throughout the entire buying journey;
  • Conduct deep diagnostics of prospective customers’ operations (marketing, sales, and customer service);
  • Design customized projects to solve business problems using our solutions;
  • Negotiate, close, and follow up on accounts during activation with the Customer Success team;
  • Manage the sales funnel;
  • Understand and use individual and team sales funnel metrics;
  • Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Organized in your daily routine and tasks;
  • Able to build and maintain your own pipeline (lost deals, customer base, outbound, etc.);
  • A curious person who wants to continuously learn and develop;
  • Up-to-date with best practices in marketing, sales and post-sales (after-sales);
  • Motivated and competitive — must have a strong desire to succeed;
  • Genuinely care about our customers throughout their journey with us;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Coachability: open to receiving feedback and applying it;
  • Experience as a Sales Executive;
  • Experience as an SDR is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the SaaS business model;
  • Familiarity with presentation and spreadsheet tools such as PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Knowledge and application of sales frameworks such as SPIN Selling and SPICED;
  • English (desired).
