Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
Engage with decision-makers across startups and tech-driven businesses
Identify, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities***(approx. 50% outbound prospecting, 50% inbound leads)*
Conduct digital and in-person client meetings and demos
Represent Lightbringer at industry fairs, conferences, and tech events
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline to reach and exceed targets
Collaborate with marketing, product, and IP experts to create tailored offers
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions
Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Willingness to travel within Sweden and, over time, across the Nordics
