About the role

  • Account Executive leading the sales cycle for ScalePad's SaaS solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to MSP partners. Building expertise and driving growth in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and partners
  • Build and maintain deep expertise in the MSP landscape
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Contribute to revenue growth and business strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Drive revenue growth within existing partner base

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful SaaS or B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Experience applying a structured sales methodology
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong experience in pipeline management
  • Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Actively use AI tools in your sales workflow
