About the role
- Gather executives for events through email marketing, social selling, calls, and pitches
- Create personalized emails and perform social selling via LinkedIn
- Sell directly to C-Level and senior executives and discover pain points
- Act as primary point of contact for executives for scheduling and event-related questions
- Travel nationally for up to 6 events per year (4-5 days per event)
- Create, monitor and manage tasks in CRM and Airtable
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to produce event collateral, materials and follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations
- Participate in extensive ongoing training; work both collaboratively and independently
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional & interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for professional learning and development
- Self-starter; extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Must be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple deadlines
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications
- Preferred: Experience with Airtable
- Preferred: Background in Sales, Customer Success or B2B events
