About the role
- Manage a high volume of opportunities and inbound leads on a monthly basis.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to implementation.
- Communicate and quantify Anrok’s value prop to prospective customers through demos and conversations.
- Work collaboratively with sales management and peers to circulate best practices.
- Act as an early sales hire helping scale the team and sales motion; iterate on sales processes and strategies.
- Connect with finance leaders and deliver strong customer experiences to Anrok sellers in the startup and SMB space.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role (minimum 12 months).
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales development role preferred.
- A track record of high performance against sales goals.
- Self-starters who are organized and resourceful.
- Proven ability to distill customer needs, conduct a thoughtful discovery experience, and adapt quickly to the audience.
- Team players with strong ambition & intuition.
- Willingness to work in-office in company hubs (San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City) and collaborate in-person 3 days per week.
