About the role

  • Support Account Managers in managing client relationships and communications
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next steps
  • Coordinate internal teams and organise meetings, reviews, and presentations
  • Assist in preparing creative briefs, proposals, and presentation materials
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers where required
  • Proof and check outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a marketing or agency environment (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
