About the role

  • Director for leading and expanding company’s presence in Brazilian payments and iGaming market. Overseeing key clients, driving growth, and aligning local operations with global strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior strategic partner to major operators and stakeholders, influencing client strategies and positioning the company as a market leader.
  • Build and sustain C-level relationships to maximize long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Lead executive business reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Define and execute the regional commercial strategy for Brazil in alignment with global objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with key operators and strategic partners.
  • Drive revenue expansion through innovation, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term value creation.
  • Ensure service delivery excellence across all contracted solutions, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, compliance, and performance.
  • Lead coordination between local teams and global functions (Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance) to address client and regulatory needs.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth and retention.
  • Act as the company’s primary spokesperson in Brazil, representing the brand at high-level industry events, forums, and regulatory discussions.
  • Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to global leadership on trends, competition, and regulatory developments.
  • Anticipate and mitigate market risks, ensuring business resilience and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate/MBA in Business, Strategy, or Finance strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in Payments, Fintech, or iGaming.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies in complex, highly regulated markets.
  • Experience building and managing high-performance teams, with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating large-scale partnerships and long-term client contracts.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Spanish (desirable).
