Project Manager for Fidelity’s 401(k) compliance services overseeing nondiscrimination testing and regulatory updates. Collaborating with clients and business units for plan administration and modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain tools for Fidelity’s 401(k) compliance services
Coordinate with clients to support them in annual 401(k) plan administration
Document, prioritize, and test stories for agile development
Setup functional and regression testing, communicate results of system installs
Coordinate monthly reconciliation, set-up, launching and monitoring of reporting campaigns
Sprint and Quarterly development planning, communication with business leadership
Ongoing monitoring and communication of status, mitigate risk with incident management
Partner across various business units on modernization efforts in Communications, Process, and Technology
Requirements
401(k) Nondiscrimination testing (NDT), Form 5500, or annual reporting expertise required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with program and project management
Experience with technology development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
Risk mitigation and analytical skills
Current ASPPA designation preferred
Experience with compiling and analyzing data preferred (examples: Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
Knowledge of NDT, Form 5500, annual audit, and 401(k) plan design
Ability to understand and apply regulatory updates such as SECURE Act to systems and procedures
Ability to develop business requirements for annual updates to NDT, Form 5500, and annual reporting systems
Experience with test case design and execution a plus
Lead projects and coordinate project contributors
Highly organized, detail oriented with outstanding follow-through
