About the role

  • Engage with Plan Sponsors to establish relationships
  • Provide consultation for Nondiscrimination Testing and Form 5500
  • Assist with plan design discussions and implementation reviews
  • Lead the testing service team to resolve issues
  • Educate clients about their plan’s test results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Math, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Defined Contribution client service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to research topics independently and deliver solutions to complex issues
  • ASPPA credentials (a plus)
