Responsibilities
Engage with Plan Sponsors to establish relationships
Provide consultation for Nondiscrimination Testing and Form 5500
Assist with plan design discussions and implementation reviews

Educate clients about their plan’s test results
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Math, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Defined Contribution client service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to research topics independently and deliver solutions to complex issues
