• Desarrollar estrategias y planes de acción que contribuyan a la consecución de objetivos del área comercial y cumplimiento de presupuesto.
• Gestionar procesos y proyectos relacionados al área comercial, con foco en la mejora continua e incremento de la rentabilidad.

• Control de gastos del área (OPEX y CAPEX).
