Responsibilities
Ensure an optimal shopping experience through target-group-oriented merchandise presentation
Analyze key performance indicators (sales)
Provide professional and collaborative support to retail locations
Monitor and maintain inventory (sell-in and sell-out) and replenish assortments at the POS
Implement visual merchandising guidelines
Train sales staff at the point of sale (furniture retailers and department stores)
Report on current implementation activities and the sales situation
Requirements
Completed training in a design-related and/or commercial field
Initial experience in visual merchandising or retail store support desirable
Good MS Office skills
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on mentality
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Affinity for tabletop culture (tableware and dining aesthetics)
Willingness to travel extensively, often including overnight stays
Valid driving license (Class B)
