About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager focusing on LinkedIn and Google Ads at ZweiDigital GmbH. Collaborating with teams to create and optimize B2B campaigns in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Designing campaigns in collaboration with our design team
  • Optimizing campaigns for maximum performance on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Owning end-to-end project management and serving as the direct client contact
  • Monitoring campaign performance and deriving learnings from results
  • Participating in and leading workshops, process optimizations, training initiatives, and blog contributions

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in social ads, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience in project management and client-facing roles
  • Strong experience with tools and systems such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and recommend the right actions
  • Good German language skills and very good English skills
  • Strong team spirit and motivation
