Responsibilities
Planning, implementing, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads
Analyzing and interpreting relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
Developing data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
Taking ownership of client projects or independent workstreams within our project teams
Preparing for, conducting and following up on client meetings
Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings
Structured management of to-dos, timelines and next steps in day-to-day project work
Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings
Coordination of creatives, reporting and feedback within your project teams
Clean reporting and transparent presentation of results and recommendations
Requirements
Experience in paid social
Strong knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of performance metrics and a data-driven working approach
Interest in taking responsibility for your own topics and projects
Structured, reliable and independent way of working, with a good sense for prioritization and project organization
Confident client communication skills
Enjoy working in a team and driving projects forward efficiently together
Basic understanding of project management and prioritization
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo or similar is a plus (not required)
Very good German skills, spoken and written
