About the role
- Senior AEI Analyst ensuring accurate and compliant AEI reporting while driving process improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence at Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Create and submit annual AEI reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead and support Annual Processing activities
- Support Recalcitrant customer work
- Conduct procedural reviews and support process mapping exercises
- Maintain up‑to‑date AEI regulatory knowledge and apply it to operational procedures and reporting requirements
- Carry out impact assessments for system or process changes
- Act as a key liaison between business areas, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Participate in testing, implementation activities, and team training
- Support the team by handling complex queries and escalations
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, improve quality and increase capacity
- Ensure the team delivers high‑quality reporting ahead of tight deadlines
- Work with colleagues to allocate work effectively, adjusting plans as needed to meet business demands
Requirements
- Experience in Operational Delivery (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel
