About the role

  • Senior AEI Analyst ensuring accurate and compliant AEI reporting while driving process improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence at Zurich.

Responsibilities

  • Create and submit annual AEI reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Lead and support Annual Processing activities
  • Support Recalcitrant customer work
  • Conduct procedural reviews and support process mapping exercises
  • Maintain up‑to‑date AEI regulatory knowledge and apply it to operational procedures and reporting requirements
  • Carry out impact assessments for system or process changes
  • Act as a key liaison between business areas, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Participate in testing, implementation activities, and team training
  • Support the team by handling complex queries and escalations
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, improve quality and increase capacity
  • Ensure the team delivers high‑quality reporting ahead of tight deadlines
  • Work with colleagues to allocate work effectively, adjusting plans as needed to meet business demands

Requirements

  • Experience in Operational Delivery (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent holistic problem‑solving abilities
  • A mindset that embraces innovation and challenges the status quo
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High levels of initiative and ownership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage different audiences
  • Confidence in managing competing priorities through effective time management and organisation
