About the role
- SAP MM/SD Functional Analyst analyzing incidents and validating data flows in SAP for Kyndryl. Collaborating with teams to ensure configuration accuracy and participation in testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve functional incidents in SAP MM and SAP SD
- Monitor and validate data flows between SAP and external systems
- Review and validate functional configurations in MM and SD
- Collaborate with ABAP development teams to adjust objects
- Maintain up-to-date functional documentation
- Participate in SIT/UAT for corrective and evolutionary changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience providing SAP functional support within an AMS model
- 3+ years of total experience, with hands-on expertise in SAP MM and SAP SD, in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
- Solid understanding of operational, logistics, and commercial business processes supported by MM/SD
- Basic English required; intermediate level desirable for documentation review and user interaction
