About the role

  • Business Systems Analyst responsible for Guidewire features and enhancements at Zurich. Collaborating with teams to document requirements and provide implementation support.

Responsibilities

  • Own the requirements elaboration for features and enhancements related to Guidewire modules.
  • Collaborate closely with business SMEs to document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Handover clear and detailed requirements to development and configuration teams.
  • Support development teams during implementation through requirement clarifications.
  • Participate in Sprint Reviews and support feature demonstrations to business stakeholders.
  • Perform post-implementation validation and provide Business Analyst sign-off for owned features and epics.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain [Must Have]
  • Solid knowledge of commercial insurance (Property & Casualty) [Must Have]
  • Hands-on experience working with Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter) [Must Have]
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital or core system transformation projects [Must Have]
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives) [Must Have]
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills [Must Have]
