About the role

  • Sales Performance Analyst driving performance management initiatives to enhance sales efficiency at Zurich. Collaborating with teams and utilizing data for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and support performance management initiatives by defining metrics, analyzing them, and deriving actionable recommendations to sustainably improve sales performance.
  • You conduct analyses on various sales topics and present the results in a way that is appropriate for different stakeholder groups.
  • You support sales leadership and the general agencies on strategic matters across all segments (life and non-life, as well as private and corporate customers).
  • You utilize internal and external data sources, test hypotheses, and derive data-driven insights that lead to improved business outcomes.
  • You work directly with the Sales Analytics team and closely with performance-focused teams.

Requirements

  • University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences)
  • 5 years of experience in a sales-related area or in a comparable position
  • Initial exposure to one of the programming languages SQL, Python, or R, as well as strong Excel skills and experience with the data visualization tool Power BI
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented, can-do attitude
  • Business-fluent German and French
