Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and monitoring of the Data Protection Framework, including data protection management
- Conducting DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments) and risk assessments for data transfers in close cooperation with Information Security
- Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements across business units and with service providers
- Responding to regulatory inquiries and data subject requests in accordance with legal requirements
- Managing data protection projects and designing and delivering training, awareness and reporting measures
Requirements
- University or university of applied sciences degree, or an equivalent qualification with a focus on law, business law or business administration
- In-depth knowledge of data protection law and experience in risk management
- Several years of professional experience, ideally within the insurance sector
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
