Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of commercial general liability claims
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze claims trends and recommend process improvements
  • Manage a high-performing team and foster a collaborative workplace
  • Monitor team resources and manage costs effectively

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor with 5+ years of claims experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of claims experience OR High School Diploma with 8+ years of claims experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience collaborating across teams
  • Knowledge of insurance legal statutes
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
