About the role

  • Wholesale Sales Manager at Crocs, Inc. managing key multi-brand accounts and driving sell-in execution for wholesale operations. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and VM teams for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sell-in execution and seasonal business planning for key wholesale accounts, primarily ABC Mart
  • Manage sell-through performance, inventory levels, and OTB planning to support healthy stock flow
  • Communicate closely with buyers to align on assortment, volume, and seasonal priorities
  • Maintain strong account relationships through regular business reviews and ongoing collaboration
  • Track weekly sales performance, inventory status, and key commercial metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support incremental growth initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional alignment with Merch, VM, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale or offline retail environments
  • Background knowledge in sales, account management, and wholesale business operations
  • Strong understanding of sell-in, sell-through, inventory management, and OTB planning
  • Highly effective communication skills with proven experience managing buyer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts while balancing execution and strategic
