Responsibilities
Engage with internal business partners and external customers through various communication channels
Process billing for Enterprise Rental Car (ERAC) reservations using the ARMS system
Prepare and send cancellation letters for Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) coverage
Sort and route incoming GAP mail to appropriate claims teams
Monitor and manage the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Outstanding Report
Assist with various administrative duties to ensure smooth team operations
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be enrolled and validated as college ready by Harper Community College Admissions
1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities and/or significant voluntary community service
Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry
Ability to balance multiple priorities between work and school deadlines
Strong customer service skills
Collaboration and problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer skills, specifically Excel
