About the role

  • Assistant commercial managing client operations and administrative tasks in a mobile sanitation company. Involved in customer relations and database management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Take customer orders
  • Prepare quotes and delivery notes
  • Create and update customer records
  • Manage invoicing
  • Advise customers on equipment choices
  • Upsell customers to optimize revenue
  • Follow up on quotes
  • Analyze Qualitest returns
