Responsibilities
Manage all services and suppliers including contracts, agreements and services levels
Oversee a broad portfolio of operational and technical services, including enforcement and debt recovery
Monitor and manage on street infrastructure using analytics
Build strong operational relationships with customers and stakeholders, resolving concerns
Lead effective communication and engagement with suppliers, delivery partners, and stakeholders
Recruit, lead and develop the team ensuring clarity of accountabilities
Support budget management and financial decision making for RUC’s P&L
Deputise for senior managers supporting management regimes and chairing meetings
