Responsibilities
Designing and governing the global compliance architecture and policy framework, ensuring core programs (e.g., Background Checks, Contingent Workforce) are standardized, scalable, and risk-optimized
Leading compliance strategy for organizational growth and risk management, including M&A diligence, entity expansion, and maintaining an “Audit Ready” posture (ISO, SOX) across all regions
Partnering with HR Operations and IT to embed compliance into the employee lifecycle, serving as the functional lead for system implementations, data privacy standards, and process automation
Driving continuous improvement and operational agility, assessing program effectiveness to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions balancing strict compliance with user experience
Requirements
8+ years of global HR Compliance, Legal, or HR Operations experience with the ability to be strategic and tactical, executing on high-level frameworks while effectively making decisions amid ambiguity to navigate complex international/global regulatory environments
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and AI with experience leveraging technology to scale compliance and inform your roadmap
Experience leading complex initiatives with data-driven decision-making and rigorous project management. Ability to combine metrics with change management to ensure successful business adoption.
