About the role
- Senior Manager managing global HR compliance frameworks for Zscaler's strategic operations. Responsible for driving compliance maturity and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Designing and governing the global compliance architecture and policy framework, ensuring core programs (e.g., Background Checks, Contingent Workforce) are standardized, scalable, and risk-optimized
- Leading compliance strategy for organizational growth and risk management, including M&A diligence, entity expansion, and maintaining an “Audit Ready” posture (ISO, SOX) across all regions
- Partnering with HR Operations and IT to embed compliance into the employee lifecycle, serving as the functional lead for system implementations, data privacy standards, and process automation
- Driving continuous improvement and operational agility, assessing program effectiveness to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions balancing strict compliance with user experience
Requirements
- 8+ years of global HR Compliance, Legal, or HR Operations experience with the ability to be strategic and tactical, executing on high-level frameworks while effectively making decisions amid ambiguity to navigate complex international/global regulatory environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and AI with experience leveraging technology to scale compliance and inform your roadmap
- Experience leading complex initiatives with data-driven decision-making and rigorous project management. Ability to combine metrics with change management to ensure successful business adoption.
