Responsibilities
Setting the performance growth strategy
Own the long-term vision for performance marketing and the related strategy for profitable new-to-bank growth, aligned to both Zopa’s commercial goals and the brand direction.
Translate long-term growth ambitions into clear channel strategies, investment frameworks and measurable outcomes.
Develop clear alignment between Performance Marketing and Product on underlying unit economics.
Balance scale and efficiency, ensuring growth is sustainable and value-accretive.
Partner closely with respective Marketing teams to ensure performance activity is powered by strong messaging and distinctive creative, with clear targeting and an aligned testing approach.
Collaborate with Lifetime Value and Customer Analytics teams to ensure the right measurement and tracking is in place, refine targeting models and ground future decisions in robust valuation, attribution and tracking.
Act as a senior thought partner across the organisation, influencing decisions beyond performance marketing alone and contributing to the wider Customer function strategy.
Requirements
A strong track record of scaling customer acquisition through performance marketing, ideally in fintech, digital, subscription or marketplace businesses.
Deep experience across major performance channels, with a clear understanding of incrementality and value, not just volume.
Experience managing large budgets, agencies and senior stakeholders.
