Quote-to-Cash Systems Lead managing Salesforce, CPQ, and finance integrations at Zip. Driving automation and data accuracy across revenue operations for international growth.
Responsibilities
Own the quote-to-cash systems architecture: Lead the design, governance, and roadmap for Zip’s revenue systems stack—primarily Salesforce, CPQ, and Spiff—with integrations into NetSuite and downstream finance tools.
Drive automation across the revenue lifecycle: Build scalable integrations and workflows that eliminate manual handoffs between Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance, from opportunity through invoice.
Lead system reimplementations and enhancements: Manage CPQ rollouts, billing system upgrades, and vendor transitions. Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate tools, and own delivery end-to-end.
Ensure data accuracy across systems: Partner with Finance and RevOps to define and enforce ARR, booking, and billing definitions. Create a single source of truth for financial reporting and audit-readiness.
Enable global operations: Build capabilities that support international growth, including multi-currency quoting, billing, and reporting.
Support commissions automation: Partner with GTM Ops and Finance to automate compensation logic and payout workflows in Spiff.
Be the connective tissue: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational pain points into scalable system solutions.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or finance systems, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS.
Deep expertise with Salesforce and CPQ tools (e.g., Subskribe, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, DealHub).
