Responsibilities
- Supports key operational and strategic initiatives across the supply chain
- Assembles, analyzes, and interprets data to generate actionable insights
- Maintains and automates reports and dashboards for S&OP process
- Analyzes inventory positions, financial impacts, and key metrics
- Produces daily and weekly operational reports
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and analytical support
- Conducts root-cause analysis on service and operational issues
- Leads or supports process improvement initiatives
- Performs additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts and metrics
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, advanced functions)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- SQL or database querying experience
