About the role

  • Intern supporting HR processes including payroll and recruitment. Contributing to document organization and team collaboration while working in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring and managing timesheets and the hours bank (banked hours).
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, handling required documentation.
  • Assist in organizing online files and departmental documents.
  • Assist in updating control spreadsheets.
  • Support recruitment and selection activities, including scheduling interviews.
  • Availability for a hybrid work format (on-site at the company and remote).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR/Personnel routines is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills, organization, and proactivity.
