Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure best practice in HR operations, employee relations and people development
- Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies—particularly AI—to enhance HR processes
- Provide day-to-day HR advice, support and practical guidance to line managers
- Maintain local and global HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and producing reports
- Support the full life cycle of the employee
- Support with recruitment interviews, working with the central recruitment team
- Champion the use of HR technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency
- Support organisational change by providing guidance, communication, and training as needed
- Produce and prepare Offer letters and Contracts for new employees
- Maintain accurate and up to date job descriptions
- Conduct exit interviews for leavers
- Liaise with Line Managers for Absence Management Controls
- Support and assist with investigations/disciplinaries/grievances
- Take part in HR Projects when required
- Deliver HR workshops and training programs for line managers and employees
Requirements
- Qualified to CIPD level
- Proven HR experience in a similar role
- Ability to deal with and prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders
- Ability to leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance HR processes
- A good standard of education, numerate and literate
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail imperative as is the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to meet demanding business needs
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
