About the role

  • Quality Supervisor ensuring compliance with design specifications and customer expectations. Overseeing audits, leading teams in root-cause analysis, and supporting production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer and design requirements are implemented in production processes and fully documented in Control Plans
  • Oversee process parameter audits to guarantee product conformity and customer satisfaction
  • Verify and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and ensure all related documentation is completed on time
  • Provide resources and support for prototypes, initial samples, new production lines, new machines, and process changes
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions using methods such as 8D, 7D, 5P, and 5-Why
  • Participate in APQP activities and generate required documentation to maintain updated PPAP Process Books
  • Monitor statistical process behavior (SPC) and area KPIs such as Scrap, FTQ, and capability indicators to drive improvement
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, VDA standards, CTPAT/OEA, and other customer‑specific quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Professional experience in Quality Assurance within automotive or manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, root‑cause analysis tools, and customer-specific requirements
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA methods, ISO 14001, and Health, Safety & Environmental procedures
  • Ability to lead and develop Quality Engineers and ensure competency in safety, environmental, and quality systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills for internal collaboration across all areas and external communication with customers
  • English language skills sufficient for audits, customer interactions, and technical documentation.
