Responsibilities
Support and administration of a variety of business applications, e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Cobra CRM, ELO ECM Suite, Astendo eventManager
Database maintenance and further development of the infrastructure
Identification, analysis and implementation of the application landscape in collaboration with the business units
Troubleshooting and fault resolution, performing problem analyses, and database tuning
Digitization and automation of administrative processes
Design and development of simple process solutions (e.g., using Flow, Power Automate) and app solutions using Power Apps
User administration and rights management
Training for employees
Creating and maintaining documentation
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in information technology, computer science or a related field, or alternatively proof of equivalent knowledge and experience
Several years of professional experience in the IT field
Solid knowledge of database standards and end-user applications
Strong experience with MS SQL, CRM and DMS systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 administration
Friendly and outgoing manner, organizational skills, team spirit, commitment and a strong sense of responsibility
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically
Goal-oriented, independent and responsible working style
