About the role

  • AI Sales Specialist responsible for driving growth and adoption of AI products. Collaborating with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and foster customer relationships in LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • driving the growth and adoption of our full suite of AI products.
  • Take full ownership of sales quotas and proactively work towards meeting and exceeding targets within a defined Zendesk territory.
  • Collaborate closely with the core sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth from both existing Zendesk accounts and new business pursuits.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and leveraging a value-based selling methodology to align the Zendesk AI portfolio to their goals.
  • Close collaboration with the AI Success team to proactively identify expansion/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • A focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space is preferrable.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role is preferable.
