- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex integration requirements and design effective solutions.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation.
- UAT, QA and unit testing experience preferred to validate data & development and test new code.
- Programming languages experience such as C#, Python, etc. helpful.
- Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.) to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents helpful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree helpful.
