About the role

  • Content Sales Specialist responsible for licensing and syndication of ZEIT content. Collaborating with media partners and managing offer and contract processes.

Responsibilities

  • Licensing of ZEIT content and support for syndication
  • Creating tailored offers for syndication partners
  • Close collaboration with editorial, publishing, and license management teams
  • Reviewing rights and licenses for syndicated articles
  • Coordinating invoicing and billing processes
  • Analyzing usage of syndicated content and documenting findings.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in media, sales, licensing, or editorial work
  • Strong negotiation skills and good organizational abilities
  • Confident demeanor and goal-oriented communication
  • Meticulous working style and the ability to maintain oversight during busy periods
  • Team player open to new tasks and digital processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent German skills; good written and spoken English.
