Responsibilities
drive change and establish business process excellence at ZEISS
work on one of ZEISS' key group programs
drive harmonization and standardization of processes in Finance and Procurement
take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS
contribute to the Procure-to-Pay workstreams
facilitate between ZEISS functions and process experts
steer and orchestrate necessary external consulting support
ensure best practice sharing and integration into related processes
report results to the overall program management
own the alignment of workstream progress with the corresponding senior manager
ensure planning, implementation and improvement measures of end-to-end processes
Requirements
a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study
proven experience driving projects in the area of business process excellence or in a similar performance improvement related environment
experience with SAP ERP transformations are a big plus
results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong change communications skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans
a strong change management perspective
strong German and English skills
