- Manager responsible for establishing business process excellence in Finance & Procurement at ZEISS. Collaborating on key group programs, standardizing processes, and optimizing solutions.
Responsibilities
- drive change and establish business process excellence at ZEISS
- work on one of ZEISS' key group programs
- drive harmonization and standardization of processes in Finance and Procurement
- take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS
- contribute to the Procure-to-Pay workstreams
- facilitate between ZEISS functions and process experts
- steer and orchestrate necessary external consulting support
- ensure best practice sharing and integration into related processes
- report results to the overall program management
- own the alignment of workstream progress with the corresponding senior manager
- ensure planning, implementation and improvement measures of end-to-end processes
Requirements
- a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study
- proven experience driving projects in the area of business process excellence or in a similar performance improvement related environment
- experience with SAP ERP transformations are a big plus
- results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong change communications skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans
- a strong change management perspective
- strong German and English skills
