Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Pricing and senior leadership to define pricing strategy
Own end to end pricing for a portfolio of products or initiatives
Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes
Develop and evolve pricing frameworks and performance metrics
Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations through data driven analysis
Work cross functionally with product, underwriting, finance, data, sales, and operations
Act as a thought leader for pricing and mentor other pricing team members
Requirements
Significant experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management
Proven ability to operate at senior manager level
Strong commercial judgement
Advanced analytical capability
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience building, scaling, or improving pricing frameworks
Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience
