About the role

  • Manage and support business applications for automation of core processes in a company. Collaborate across departments to enhance applications and perform IT support activities.

Responsibilities

  • You monitor and administer business applications that automate core business processes, e.g., DMS, workflow and construction estimating.
  • You provide 2nd and 3rd level support and resolve any incidents that occur.
  • For more complex issues, you involve external service providers, whom you coordinate and supervise.
  • In collaboration with other business units, you continuously develop our applications and services.
  • With your expertise you support software rollouts and act as the interface between IT and the business.

Requirements

  • Your background can be completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist or IT management assistant, or an IT-related degree such as business informatics.
  • You have practical experience in the operational support and maintenance of IT systems, e.g., as a system administrator.
  • Ideally, you have experience in requirements management as well as in designing IT solutions for users and in the area of interface definition.
  • Preferably, you bring knowledge and experience in IT processes and IT project management.
  • You enjoy working in a team with a strong communication component and demonstrate a structured, reliable and independent way of working.
