About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating high-performing static ad creatives for clients' campaigns. Ensuring brand consistency and managing multiple assignments in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to understand their creative needs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives
  • Design static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet client expectations
  • Manage multiple brand assignments while delivering high-quality work on time
  • Adapt and version creatives for different formats, placements, and A/B testing
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and incorporating feedback efficiently
  • Stay informed on social media design trends and evolving ad creative strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design for digital marketing, advertising, or social media
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience working directly with clients, following brand guidelines, and executing creative briefs
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with paid social trends and ad creative best practices is a plus
  • Experience editing video or solvency with animation is a plus
  • Willingness to grow motion skills is a must.
