Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to understand their creative needs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives
Design static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet client expectations
Manage multiple brand assignments while delivering high-quality work on time
Adapt and version creatives for different formats, placements, and A/B testing
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and incorporating feedback efficiently
Stay informed on social media design trends and evolving ad creative strategies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design for digital marketing, advertising, or social media
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience working directly with clients, following brand guidelines, and executing creative briefs
Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Familiarity with paid social trends and ad creative best practices is a plus
Experience editing video or solvency with animation is a plus
