Responsibilities
Design high-quality assets for print and digital campaigns (brochures, whitepapers, presentations, event materials) by utilizing AI as your primary method for layout ideation, rapid image generation, and asset scaling.
Produce engaging, on-brand graphics for social channels, relying extensively on AI-assisted content creation tools to maintain a highly responsive workflow that easily adapts to urgent requests and shifting daily priorities.
Quickly develop and iterate design concepts based on feedback, utilizing advanced AI prompt engineering as your primary ideation phase while strictly adhering to corporate brand guidelines.
Actively deploy AI tools to completely automate repetitive tasks, expand backgrounds, resize assets, and radically increase your overall creative efficiency on a daily basis.
Confidently present your AI-assisted work and clearly communicate your design choices to peers, the Marketing team, and other organizational stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of professional experience in visual design.
High proficiency in leading AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) as primary creation methods, alongside strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
A strong portfolio demonstrating design principles across digital and print, with a clear emphasis on AI-generated or AI-assisted pieces.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, self-driven time management, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced AI workflows.
Demonstrated expertise in leaning heavily on AI design and productivity tools to completely drive daily marketing tasks and real-world project deliverables.
