About the role

  • Senior Media Buyer managing performance marketing for leading brands in a hybrid setup. Collaborating with a dynamic team to drive growth and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • You will take full responsibility for the performance of our key portfolio companies.
  • You will lead communication and project management—both internally and with our clients.
  • You will design, build and scale paid social campaigns (and ideally search campaigns) on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Google.
  • You will produce regular performance reports covering the relevant KPIs for your accounts.
  • With strong analytical skills, you will accurately analyze campaign data, optimize budget allocation and develop strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • You have successfully planned, executed and optimized Paid Social (and ideally Search) campaigns with monthly budgets in the five- to six-figure range.
  • Growth is in your DNA — you think big, act with agility and feel at home in the startup world.
  • Campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn & Co. are your playground — you are passionate about setting new growth records.
