About the role

  • Overseeing on-premise channel operations and scaling in-restaurant technologies. Managing performance of FOH and BOH technologies including POS, kiosks, and digital menu boards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-premise channel operations to ensure high performance and superior customer experiences.
  • Manage the deployment and performance of all FOH and BOH technologies, including KDS and POS.
  • Manage the performance and optimization of digital menu boards to enhance in-restaurant customer engagement.
  • Ensure the effective implementation, management, and performance of kiosk and self-service technologies.
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale on-premise technology solutions across restaurants.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on-premise operations with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the commercialization and operational integration of digital platforms to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, technology management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling on-premise technologies in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with FOH and BOH technologies, digital menu boards, and kiosks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive technology performance improvements.
