About the role

  • Senior Vice President responsible for value-based care operations at Navvis. Leading teams to improve performance in client contract and market operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior leader responsible for shaping, integrating, and advancing value-based care market performance and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with the Market President, key client stakeholders, and enterprise clinical and operational leaders to drive measurable outcomes
  • Ensure scalable, high-quality, data-driven workflows and support multi-disciplinary teams in delivering best-in-class value-based care
  • Translate the vision and strategy for value-based care performance across multiple regions and payer lines of business
  • Oversee VBC performance across risk adjustment, and clinical quality
  • Partner with Navvis’ VP of Finance to assess and drive financial outcomes
  • Cultivate a culture and capability of continuous improvement
  • Ensure performance goals for VBC agreements are achieved
  • Provide strategic direction to client and Navvis teams on data, technology, and analytics execution and integration
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, high performance, and top-of-license practice

Requirements

  • Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related clinical or business graduate degree)
  • 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with executive-level experience in value-based care strategy and population health management
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex VBC contracts
  • Strong leadership with ability to drive strategic and operational excellence
  • Drive change and performance through collaboration and influence leadership
  • Deep expertise in VBC models, population health, care coordination workflows, and healthcare economics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
