Responsibilities
Technical planning: You are responsible for the technical planning of our parking sites, including the analysis and determination of hardware placements across the parking area. This role is fully office-based and does not require on-site appointments.
Coordination: You manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress and work closely with various teams in the Operations department and beyond.
Installation planning: You plan installations and maintenance activities and show creativity in solving any on-site issues that arise.
Customer management: You act as the technical point of contact for your projects and coordinate a smooth installation/commissioning process with the customer.
Continuous improvement: You challenge the status quo and ensure ongoing process optimization.
Reporting: You regularly report KPIs and collaborate closely with various teams.
Requirements
Background: You hold a degree in industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: You bring around 1-2 years of experience in project management or operations.
Technical affinity: You have spatial reasoning skills, technical understanding, and a hands-on mentality.
Work style: Analytical thinking as well as structured and thorough work are among your strengths.
Think out of the box: You work independently and take ownership, demonstrating proactivity and solution-oriented thinking.
Open personality: You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Language skills: Your Polish is at C2 level, and you communicate fluently and confidently in English (B2).
