About the role

• Associate Analyst managing franchisee relationships at Taco Bell, assisting with asset strategies and driving process improvements in CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with franchisees/licensees, including alignment of asset strategies and compliance with brand standards
• Assist with capital expenditure tracking and drive process improvement in Taco Bell CRM tools
• Interact directly with franchisees/licensees and their representatives, Taco Bell leadership, cross-functional teams, and external lenders and brokers
• Report to the Associate Manager of Franchising
• Influence cross-functional business partners and effectively provide the Franchising point-of-view on complex business issues to team members, franchisees/licensees, and/or senior leadership

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a project management, analyst or administrative role
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Solid verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM tools and financial management systems
• Effective communicator who can present complex findings in a clear and complete manner
• Ability to problem solve in an independent and cross-functional capacity
