Responsibilities
Manage relationships with franchisees/licensees, including alignment of asset strategies and compliance with brand standards
Assist with capital expenditure tracking and drive process improvement in Taco Bell CRM tools
Interact directly with franchisees/licensees and their representatives, Taco Bell leadership, cross-functional teams, and external lenders and brokers
Report to the Associate Manager of Franchising
Influence cross-functional business partners and effectively provide the Franchising point-of-view on complex business issues to team members, franchisees/licensees, and/or senior leadership
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience working in a project management, analyst or administrative role
Bachelor’s degree a plus
Solid verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience with CRM tools and financial management systems
Effective communicator who can present complex findings in a clear and complete manner
Ability to problem solve in an independent and cross-functional capacity
