About the role

Responsibilities
- Review incident tickets submitted by internal teams.
- Reproduce anomalies and identify their root cause (functional, technical, data, etc.).
- Propose configuration adjustments for the application.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application by creating bug reports to address the root causes of issues.
- Detect and manage software incidents in production in real time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
- Independent, persistent, and detail-oriented.
