About the role

  • Analyst managing compensation and benefits for Nhood, coordinating global projects with a strong focus on HR performance. Requires experience in C&B and proficiency in Excel, with English language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews)
  • Act as coordinator and guarantor of the proper execution of all compensation-related campaigns (salary increases, bonuses, etc.) and train managers on salary policies
  • Manage compensation surveys and various benchmarking exercises
  • Serve as the reference for job evaluation (Hay method) and ensure consistency of job classifications
  • Drive and support country teams on compensation matters by preparing internal databases and conducting analyses to develop recommendations
  • Identify pain points and propose process improvements
  • Participate, within the framework of NAO (annual mandatory negotiations), in conducting analyses and simulations to quantify the impact of measures
  • Prepare and present communication materials related to compensation
  • Act as the point of contact for HRBPs, proactively propose solutions, and autonomously respond to internal stakeholders on all questions and issues within the scope
  • Prepare the BSI for the Nhood France scope
  • Ensure operational management of the employee share ownership scheme: run subscription and buyback campaigns, prepare materials for employee shareholder representatives' meetings, ensure proper budget tracking of costs related to the scheme, and oversee development of the subscription management tool
