Responsibilities
- Support Asset Managers in optimizing the valuation of real estate assets.
- Collaborate with all functions involved in the value-creation chain.
- Prepare business reviews (BR) and coordinate their production.
- Analyze key performance indicators (retail and hypermarket revenue, footfall/visitor numbers, etc.).
- Review documents to be provided to property valuation experts.
- Update the DCF (cash-flow / discounted cash flow) model with current data.
- Support asset managers in implementing portfolio strategy.
- Prepare forecast outcomes and the Plan in coordination with other departments.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in a generalist or management program (e.g., business school, engineering school).
- Initial experience in the real estate sector (Asset Management or management control).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in English is a strong asset.
